✧ Pam Gregory project — every summary and video →Pam Gregory: the dwarf planets and the new earth
Astrologer Pam Gregory reads a rare T-square of Makemake, Salacia and Quaoar at the October 2026 full moon, and asks whether Salacia is the dwarf planet of the elemental kingdom. We computed the sky she describes and checked the history and science along the way.

In brief
In a 32-minute talk for the Taurus full moon of 26 October 2026, Pam Gregory reads three dwarf planets in a T-square: Makemake at 12° Libra opposite Salacia, which sits with Saturn in Aries, both squared by Quaoar at 10° Capricorn. We computed their places from published orbits, and the sky is as she says: Makemake at 12°42′ Libra, Salacia at 12°11′ Aries beside Saturn at 9°40′, and Quaoar at 10°51′ Capricorn, the opposition within half a degree. It also lasts far longer than her “two or three years”, holding within 5° from 2017 to 2034. Her Salacia dates check out (in Aquarius 1971–94, and between 2° and 6° Aquarius for those born in 1973–76, where Pluto is now), as do Chiron's return to Taurus on 14 April 2027 and Rapa Nui's 111 survivors. Some of the history and science doesn't hold: the rats came with the first Polynesians, not European sailors; nothing links rapamycin to the island's recovery; and there's no evidence that water holds memory or is “condensed light”.

Why the dwarf planets now
A consciousness revolution
Pam Gregory opens with the people who brought her to the dwarf planets: Kelley Hunter, “one of the pioneers” of the Kuiper Belt, Philip Sedgwick and Alan Clay, who founded Dwarf Planet University. The dwarf planets began to be found “around the turn of the century, about 25 years ago”, she says, “because our consciousness is ready to integrate those principles.” With Alan Clay she reads them as “a higher octave of consciousness”, beyond the everyday personality.
